TODAY, this morning is the Hawaiʻi State Senate’s vote to confirm or not confirm Vladimir Devens for Chief justice of Hawaiʻi Supreme Court – for a 10 year term.

He neglected to disclose his relationship with a PRP connected Super Pac which spends millions to influence our elections, supporting their friends and shredding those candidates that do not support their big development agenda. If confirmed by the Senate this morning, he will be in charge of the highest court in our islands and the third branch of our government.

Please call and leave a message for your State Senator NOW – and ask them to vote NO (Bill # is GM 801)
